    Hello, Kitty. Kooks' high-flow tuner catalytic converter meets stringent EPA Federal Emission Standards. The Tuner Catted X-Pipe is still not street legal in California and other states. Meh. Their loss.

    Premium 304 Steel. Kooks proudly makes its Off-Road X-Pipe from premium-grade 304 stainless steel. This is the stuff of which aircrafts, and dreams, are made. This particular grade of steel is chosen for its durability and resistance to corrosion.
