How to Install SpeedForm Classic Quarter Window Louvers - Pre-Painted on your Mustang

Before beginning, thoroughly clean the quarter windows to make sure they are clean and free of any dirt or contaminants.

Step 1:  Using the supplied alcohol prep pad, wipe down the mounting points on the louver as well as the outside of the quarter window where the louvers will adhere. ***Only use one alcohol pad per side*** 

Step 2:  Using the supplied 3M Adhesion Promoter Pad, thoroughly wipe down the mounting points on the louver as well as the outside of the quarter window where the louvers will adhere. ***Only use on Adhesion Promoter Pad per side*** 

Step 3:  Place the supplied 3M tape on the louvers’ mounting points as shown. 

Step 4:  Peel the backing from the 3M tape and place the louver lightly over the quarter window starting with the rear most portion as shown. Do not press down on the louver to fully seat the adhesive at this point. 

Step 5:  Once the louver is properly positioned around the quarter window, firmly press down around the entire edge of the louver to fully seat the adhesive. 

Step 6:  Repeat Steps 1-5 for opposite side louver to complete the installation.
