Take Your Time......It will pay off in the end.
My first mistake, was thinking I would be able to just put them on in a few minutes. Alcohol pads used for cleaning, no problem. Stick pad for step two. Keep this product on the edges and don't get it on the tail light. It came off but it took some effort. Now the sticky stuff is drying and here I am trying to remove the tape over the 3 M stick strips that surround the inside of the unit. I could hardly remove these covers to expose the stick strips. I finally had to have a friend assit me in this. After a few minutes I was ready to put it on the car. I applied the unit lightly in the event it wasn't straight so I could remove it and try again. Now this step was the most difficult. I lightly put the unit on, and as luck has it, it wasn't light enough. Now I had to remove it and it wouldn't come off easy. I honestly thought I was going to break the tail light when it came off. The tape was now hanging from the unit. I refused to let this win the battle. I put everything back in it's place and tried again. This time it was in place and I was done. It looks very nice after all was said and done. My advice to the next person is take your time. Have the tape half way off so when you apply the sticky stuff you're ready to put it on. A pain in the butt yes, but it looks good.
