Description
Hydraulic Steering Upgrade. The Top Street Performance Aluminum Hydraulic Power Steering Conversion Kit in Polished finish delivers reliable power steering assistance for compatible Ford hydraulic systems. It ensures smooth and consistent steering operation, enhancing both street and performance driving experiences.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from billet aluminum with a polished finish for durability and visual appeal. This kit features a GM Type 2 (Saginaw TC Series) power steering pump compatible with Sanden SD7 style A/C compressors. Included are matched Ford-style brackets, pulleys, spacers, and hardware for installation, while the remote reservoir and belt are not included.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation using matched Ford-style brackets and pulleys with proper pressure and return line routing. No drilling is typically required, but verification of belt alignment and clearance is recommended before final mounting.
Application. Compatible with Ford 5.0L Coyote hydraulic steering pump applications, including the 2011–2017 Mustang GT. Installation requires the use of a second factory water pump pulley, which is not included in the kit.
