Roughly how many miles could I get out of these tires on a daily driver set up?

        • The NITTO NT05 Max Performance Tire will have a very soft compound to offer excellent traction. Due to this, tread wear will be accelerated compared to tires that are not as soft. Depending on driving conditions we would expect to see 15,000 miles to 20,000 miles of usable life in these tires, however burnouts, hard launches, and aggressive driving can reduce the lifespan of the tires.

I am looking at stuffing the 335/30R19 on the rear of my 17, I am wanting to put these on the MRR gt350 wheels (19x11). What would you say is the best front tire combo for the 335?

        • The best combo would depend on how you were using the car road course, drag racing, etc. Feel free to call or chat in and we can go over options that best fit your setup and goals.

Will a 19x10 with a 40 offset accept a 305 35 19 without rubbing on a 2014 mustang gt with SR lowering springs? If not what is the widest tire it will take and not rub?

        • You would be able to run 305 tires on your 19x10 wheel but you may experience some rubbing due to be lowered. The widest tire we would recommend would be a 285 size tire as that would ensure you have enough clearance without any rubbing issues.

I do not own a Mustang and was wondering why your company would entertain putting the Mustang logo on your site, tires that are for mustangs? You must be killing your sales with that statement. I was not even going to send this remark. Mustang were not the first pony car (Challenger 1959) or muscle car (GTO 1964), (first Mustang 1965). Ford did take a bail out ($9B in government loans) did assist the enemy in past wars, don’t not have the Proformance power of other American car companies. Today, I own Challengers, Chargers, ZL1 and Vipers that I would NOT put anything that was intended for a Mustang. And I only picked a Mustang year, to pass this question onto you. Good luck. 0 answer

            Good street tire

Had nt05s on my 15 mustang for a year and a half and I loved them. Loved them for drag never had any issues with them spinning. Taken them on a couple of canyons here in southern California and they didn't perform as well as I thought. Over all excellent tires and highly recommend them.

            Florida Performance

I have had my Nitto NT05's on for about a year now and love them. I do not daily drive my Mustang, the ride is too stiff due to my gnarly BMR racing suspension (which I LOVE as well). The ride is great, very little, if any road noise. These tires need a bit of time to warm up in order to see the maximum performance. Once they do warm up, you have a very predictable tire that will grip for days. The downside is two fold...Do NOT take these tires out in the rain. These tires are not made for the wet and become very unpredictable and will lose traction quickly even in a straight line. You have been warned!! Second, I use my Slimer (Gotta Have It Green) for windy road fun, track days and Autocross. The first two, the NT05 is a perfect companion. Autocross is a different story. These tires are really good when warmed up, but if cold and you have been waiting in a line for a while to get back on track for one lap, the tire can become quite slippery when trying to go for low times. With that all being said, I LOVE my NT05's when I use them as they are meant to be used. You can't go wrong with these Max Performance SUMMER tires.

            Great Tire

I run these on my Mustang for NASA road course events. They have exceptional grip, these and NT01s are a favorite for mustang owners not running slicks. I have done about 8 weekend events (1200 miles on the track) as well as street driving and the tires still have about 1/3 tread left.

            NT05 Review

So far these tires hook up great for a street radial. I have the 295/35 18's on the rear and they are a big improvement over the 285/35 18 Nitto 555's I previously had. Far better traction off the line. And the price from American Muscle along with the Free shipping can't be beat.

            Great tire

The nt05 is a great tire for dry conditions...seems to be a better tire at the half way mark very sticky tire....but the nt05 is not a drag tire as the description says although the nt05r is a drag tire don't expect to buy this tire and go to the drag strip and launch your car at 4k you will spin everyone who has a mustang with some power knows traction is difficult with any tire you buy ...but these do very well on cornering, handle nice just not in wet conditions road noise that I know of but hey I cant hear road noise any ways because of the exhaust

            Predictable performance, Value for price

I went from Nitto 555 extremes in the back to these and its night and day. The 555's would break loose pretty much anytime I hit the gas, forget about launching with them but with these it was a whole new ballgame. They dont grip as well as I would like off the line but definitely much improved. Around corners they are super predictable. I can feel the edge of performance and know when they are gonna break and when they do they are so controllable. I have not tried them in the rain since I dont drive my mustang in the rain. They are quite and for the price they are unbeatable.

            Tons of grip!!

I have these and a pair of MT Street comps, I try to keep these on when the roads have maybe been a little wet or just use as daily's. these provide awesome traction especially with a staggered setup with some fat 285's although in any track situation or summer racing day I would definitely throw on my MT radials.
