      Description

      Enhances Ride Quality and Handling Ability. The Pedders SportsRyder XA Coil-Over Kit with Camber Plates has all that you need to raise or lower your Ford Mustang to suit your driving needs. Whether you’re preparing to hit the track or want to prime your ride for street racing, this kit enables adjustability in 30-adjustable dampening positions to ensure you have the best setup for any driving condition or competition.

      Precise Handling Achieved. The fully adjustable coil over kit will offer Precise steering and alignment setup. The kit will include front and rear monotube dampers which are adjustable for your preference. This adjustable complete coil over suspension offers up to 30 positions of dampening with the alloy steel motorsport coils. When you need to raise or lower your S550 to suit your driving needs, this will not affect changing the coil pre-load or lower spring seat position.

      Pre-Installed Caster Camber Plates. The SportsRyder eXtreme XA coil over kit will include pre-installed camber plates for your convenience. The camber plates will allow for full camber adjustability. Additionally the roller bearing assembly will also be pre-installed. The roller bearing top bearing is used in order to maintain smooth steering response and keep you on the road. The upper spherical bearing is for articulation and the roller bearing top spring seat for rotation providing premium steering feel and response including full adjustability for camber.

      Quality Built for Long-Term Use. This kit includes alloy steel motorsport coils, among other components that ensure that they will outlast the roughest of rides or weather.

      Covered by 2-Year Limited Warranty. Pedders warrants that this coil-over kit will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Some limitations may apply.

      Expert-Level Installation. This coil-over kit requires an expert level of technical skill to install, which can take about 4 hours to complete. Professional installation is suggested for the installation of the full SportsRyder eXtreme XA Adjustable Coil Over Kit.

      Application. The Pedders SportsRyder eXtreme XA Coil-Over Kit with Caster Camber Plates fits all 2015–2020 Ford Mustang models without the MagneRide suspension. It is sold as a kit.

        5 2018 GT - Alec Installation Time: Afternoon

        First Timer Install

        I setup my install to clear a 285/35/R20 square setup on 20x9.5 35 offset wheels. From the as delivered setup, measurement from hub centers to fender lips were 14 3/4" front / 15" rear. I started with an extra 1" drop on all 4 corners, but immediately found that the front fenders were basically touching the tires. I found the safe height to avoid rubbing on hard bumps to be 14.5" from hub to fender in the front. Went ahead and made all 4 corners this height. Adjusting height is easy in the front while on car. The rears require you to unbolt top of strut, brake line bracket, and lower the subframe to take the spring load off the jam nuts.

        Pedders eXtreme with camber plates

        Definitely worth the money. Front struts took like 15 minutes a side if that. Rears are kind of annoying, but still easy. Feels like a whole new car, I didn't trim my strut towers like some others did for camber adjustment. The screws are accessible if you have the right tools and a little patience.

        Great quality!

        The install was pretty straight forward. Took about 4 hours. Build quality was on point. Preset adjustments are actually pretty good. A little harsh, but easily adjusted. I would get these again in a heartbeat and I would recommend anybody to buy them.

        Pedders eXtreme XA Coilovers

        The Pedders coilovers was easy to install. The Camber Plates adjustment can me reached with a allen wrench ball end tool. The negative, you can't do the full adjustment 2.0 or -2.0. The strut mounting hole is too small.. you can probably get a max 1.2 or -1.2 without the damper adjustment knob hitting some metal from the strut mounting hole. Don't torque the bolts to the supplied Pedders nuts for the rear gas shocks bottom mount, you'll strip it.

        Great on the track

        Was amazing on the road course. Fully adjustable and easy to dial in for max performance wherever you are racing. But.....you will have to cut your strut tower to access the camber adjustments. I included a photo. You can use a dremel and get some paint to match and it will look factory.

        Excellent product

        All I can say is if you are in the market for a coil over set up these are awesome if they are a little too expensive my second choice would be Bc racing coil overs..... as for these with adjustments they are awesome I love them they are very similar to stock as far as ride quality they handling is greatly improved installation is relatively easy

        Best bang for you buck!

        Best bang for your buck! If you have a lift it will help out a lot wouldn't recommend to do it on jack stands but its not complicated to install and should take 4-6 hours to get every thing right. the ride quality is amazing and you can adjust the stiffness with a turn of a knob. the down side is you will have to enlarge the strut tower hold to be able to adjust the camber. I would recommend this over the more expensive options it has the same adjust ability as the more expensive ones so save your money and get this coil over kit.

      • The spring rate for the front Springs is 7 kg/mm and the rear spring rate is 14 kg/mm.

      What's the range on how low this will drop my vehicle?

      I’ve seen that the camber plate can be a pain to adjust, but have seen where people are also saying that the strut tower needs to be cut in order to get proper adjustment. I just want to verify that everything can be adjusted properly without cutting the strut tower for access.

      Which adjustable front sway bar end links could I use instead of the ones included in this kit?

      • Since other sway bar end links have not been tested with this kit, it is recommended that the ones in the kit are used.

      • It will depend on your set up, but this offers 30 different positions, and should certainly cover anything you would need.
