Description
Performance Flexplate. The PRW Power Sportsman Series SFI Rated HEMI to 727/904 Transmission Flexplate is engineered to connect the engine's crankshaft to the torque converter of compatible transmissions, ensuring efficient and smooth power transfer. It is constructed to withstand high horsepower applications, providing durability and reliable performance in demanding automotive conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from cold-rolled chromoly steel, this flexplate has a thicker centerplate than stock options for enhanced strength. The forged one-piece steel ring gears are double welded using precision robotic and cold-welding techniques for maximum durability. It features a long-lasting gold irradiate finish to resist rust and corrosion.
Installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on component requiring no drilling, this flexplate allows for a straightforward installation process suitable for experienced automotive professionals.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required for Mopar/Jeep 5.7L and 6.1L Modified Hemi engines with 8 bolt cranks, intended for A727/904 transmissions. Converter bolt patterns include 4 x 11.125" Mopar and 4 x 10.00" Mopar.
