The Richmond Super 8.8 Ring Gear and Pinion Kit - 3.73 Gears offers outstanding improvement for your vehicle’s torque, creating more power to the drive wheels by improving the ratio of the ring and pinion grooves. It is specially built for high horsepower engines with precision computer controlled heat treatment and an 8620 steel ring gear construction for outstanding durability on the trails.

      3.73 Ratio. This unit adapts to a 3.55 ring and pinion gear ratio with a 3.31 or higher carrier break Ford Super 8.8 design type, and a 2.01 -inch pinion shaft diameter, along with a 30 pinion spline count. It is proudly made in the U.S.A.

      Warranty. This ring gear and pinion kit come with a 2-year, 100,000 “no-nonsense” warranty that protects against defects in workmanship and materials from the manufacturer. Damage as a result of abuse, neglect or poor quality maintenance will not be covered.

      Installation. You should expect to take no more than 3 hours installing this kit, with a hard level of difficulty for someone with decent mechanical skills

      Application. The Richmond Super 8.8 Ring Gear and Pinion Kit - 3.73 Gears is compatible with all 2015-2024 Ford Mustangs.
