      Description

      Premium Safety Harness. The Simpson 5-Point Latch and Link Lap Bolt-In Pull-Down Seat Harness, 55-Inch, is engineered to provide reliable driver restraint during high-performance racing. It securely holds the driver in place, minimizing movement and enhancing safety in the event of sudden stops or collisions. This harness meets motorsports safety standards while maintaining comfort and confidence on the track.

      Construction and Appearance. This harness features durable polyester webbing with 2" and 3" wide shoulder belts compatible with HANS or Hybrid head and neck restraint systems. The silver-finished steel hardware includes a forged steel latch and link buckle for a robust and secure fit. The bolt-in lap belts are sewn in place for added strength, and the harness utilizes wrap-around styles for both shoulder and sub belts to provide enhanced security and coverage.

      Installation. Designed for intuitive installation, the harness features bolt-in mounting points primarily for the lap belts, allowing for a secure fit without the need for complicated modifications or drilling. Some adaptation may be necessary depending on the specific vehicle application and mounting configuration.
