      High-Output Fuel Upgrade. The Snow Performance Billet Fuel Hat Pump assembly is designed to provide a reliable and efficient fuel delivery solution for high-performance Mustangs. It replaces complex multi-pump setups involving multiple fittings and hoses with a CNC-machined billet aluminum hat that securely holds multiple fuel pumps to ensure consistent flow and reliability during demanding driving conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This fuel hat is constructed from 6061 billet aluminum using precise CNC machining to create internal passages optimized for flow. The black anodized finish offers superior durability and corrosion resistance, while Viton chemical-resistant O-rings ensure a leak-free seal. The assembly is engineered to be compatible with ethanol blends and harsh fuels commonly used in performance vehicles.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and is designed for return-style fuel systems only. The billet hat replaces the factory fuel hat directly and integrates the pumps neatly in one solid assembly without the need for additional drilling.

      Application and Fitment. This fuel hat is specifically designed to fit 2011-2023 Mustang GT models, accommodating the unique fuel system configuration and high flow requirements of these vehicles.
