This system consolidates multiple fuel pumps into a single manifold that supports both street and high horsepower applications, eliminating typical issues with hoses and clamps. It ensures consistent fuel flow under demanding conditions while accommodating the specific fuel needs of boosted engines and E85-compatible setups.
Premium Construction And Finish. Manufactured from durable 6061 billet aluminum, this fuel hat features CNC-machined passages for precise fuel flow and an anodized black finish for enhanced corrosion resistance and compatibility with aggressive fuels like E85. The assembly includes Viton O-rings for chemical resistance and ensures a leak-free installation. Each pump securely mounts to the hat, creating a robust and long-lasting unit built in the USA.
Ease Of Installation. Installation is straightforward for professionals familiar with return-style fuel systems. It does not require drilling and fits directly onto compatible Corvette fuel tanks. The product includes a wiring harness to simplify pump and fuel level sender connections.
Application. Specifically designed for late model Corvettes from 2003.5 through 2013, including C5 models with VIN numbers 114931 and higher that share the C6 style tank and pump design. It is not compatible with earlier C5 models or returnless fuel systems.
