Construction and Appearance. This intercooler utilizes a 3.5-inch thick bar and plate air-to-air core designed to maximize cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop. The end tanks are hand-formed from high-quality H-3 5052 aluminum and fully TIG welded for durability and smooth airflow. It features a raw aluminum finish with the SpeedFactory logo stenciled on the core face and includes aluminum mounting bungs to simplify installation.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill, with minimal charge pipe lengths needed due to its compact design. Some modification to the chassis may be necessary to ensure proper fitment, but extensive drilling or fabrication is generally not required.
