How to Install Steeda Rear Camber Mount Adjustment Kit (15-17 GT) on your Ford Mustang

1. Support the car on a drive on lift, two post lift, or jack stands to do this install.  

2. Remove the rear wheels for easier access to the necessary components.  

3. Unbolt the bolt that holds the rear camber arm to the IRS subframe, indicated as “A” in Figure 1.  

4. Loosen the bolt that holds the rear camber arm to the knuckle, indicated as “B” in  Figure 1, for easier install.  

5. Place the Steeda bracket over the factory bracket as shown in Figure 2.  

6. Loosely secure the bracket with the short M12 bolt and serrated nut provided. Insert the bolt from the top and install the nut on the bottom.  NOTE: Blue Loctite is recommended.  

7. Raise the rear camber arm in position and feed the provided cam bolt and small washer through it from the rear towards the front.  

8. Slide the cam washer and small washer into position on the opposite side, ensuring the orientation of both washers is in the same  direction (see Figure 2).  

9. Loosely secure the assembly with the provided M12 nylon lock nut.  

10. Clock the cam bolt by using a wrench or ratchet on the head of the cam bolt (NOT the M12 nylon lock nut) to full negative camber as shown in Figure 3.  

11. Tighten the short M12 bolt and serrated nut completely that you installed in step 6.  

12. Torque the inboard bolt installed in step 7 to 86 ft-lbs and the outboard bolt loosened in step 4 to 75 ft-lbs.  NOTE: Blue Loctite is recommended.  

13. Repeat steps 3-12 for the opposite side.  

NOTES:

> The vehicle will need to be aligned after this kit is installed.  

> Aggressive changes to rear camber will affect rear toe.  

> The kit will allow for both quick camber change and the ability to lock the camber in position.  

> The kit provides the user the added ability to increase the factory slots more for additional camber adjustment.
