Description
Advanced Electronic Wastegate. The Turbosmart Electronic StraightGate40 eSG40 External Wastegate is a high-performance electronic butterfly-style wastegate designed for precise boost control. It electronically regulates exhaust flow to optimize turbocharger pressure, improving turbo response and control suited for tight engine bays.
Durable Precision Construction. Constructed from stainless steel alloys including 630-grade for the butterfly and shaft, 347-grade for the main body, and heat-treated 431-grade for the V-band clamps, this wastegate offers durability and corrosion resistance for demanding environments. The black finish is optimized for use in engine compartments.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill. No drilling is necessary thanks to included V-band clamps and weld flanges. The actuator housing is rotatable with multiple clocking options to allow flexible fitment in varying setups.
Application. Specifically designed to fit Universal; Some Adaptation May Be Required.
