      Description

      Reinforced Differential Support. The UPR IRS Differential Insert Kit fills excess carrier bore clearance, reducing housing flex and improving gear mesh consistency under high torque, resulting in smoother power delivery and reduced noise.

      Precision Billet Construction. Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum with tight tolerances, the insert resists deformation and maintains differential alignment, extending gear and bearing life even under track or drag strip use.

      Installation. This product installs by removing the differential carrier, pressing the billet insert into the bore, installing the carrier with alignment washers, and torquing fasteners to spec—professional differential service tools recommended.

      Application. This UPR IRS Differential Insert Kit fits 2015–2023 Mustang models equipped with independent rear suspension differentials without modification.
