Description
Power Enhancement Package. The VMP Performance Stage 1 Power Pack with Pressed Pulley delivers a significant boost in horsepower and torque for 2005-2009 Mustang GTs equipped with the Roush M90 supercharger. This kit raises boost levels from the stock 5-6 PSI up to approximately 20-23 PSI, achieved by replacing the supercharger pulley and improving intake airflow. It is designed to be used alongside a custom tune to optimize engine performance and reliability.
Construction and Appearance. This package includes high-quality components such as a pressed 2.49 inch supercharger pulley and a 90mm idler pulley manufactured for durability and precision fitment. The Steeda 90mm cold air intake is crafted from robust materials and finished to maintain reliable airflow characteristics. The SCT X4 tuning device is engineered for easy user interface with a professional build quality.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical knowledge, including relocation of the factory MAF sensor and removal of a vacuum box on older model years. No drilling or permanent modifications are necessary, though proper fitment of included hoses and sensor housing is essential.
