Unleash 365 More Horses. The stock 2011-2014 5.0L 4V Coyote Mustang comes with an awesome 420 Horsepower and 400 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but with a VMP GEN II-R Stage 3 Supercharger Kit installed that number jumps to an astounding 785 horsepower, that's nearly 365 more ponies over stock and comes with all of the components required to run on E85 fuel! The VMP Stage 3 Kit is able to make its extra power, when compared to the Stage 2 Kit, by upgrading to a VMP Twin Jet 67mm Throttle Body and Injector Dynamics ID1000 (96lb/hr) Fuel Injectors.

VMP Custom Tunes. When you order this VMP Stage 3 GEN II-R 2.3L TVS Supercharger, you aren't just getting a supercharger - you are getting the supercharger and one custom SCT email tune that is written specifically for your Mustang and your particular modifications by VMP Tuning. VMP Tuning even provides two post sale data log reviews (if necessary) to assure your Pony is running healthy and strong. A SCT SF3/X3 or SF4/X4 Tuner is required.

Monstrous Blower Kit, VMP style. This complete package transforms your GT into a track-shredding beast. Kit comes complete with a VMP GEN II-R 2.3L TVS supercharger with black finish, upper and lower intake manifolds, an air-to-water intercooler, a low temp radiator, an oversized coolant degas bottle, a JLT 123mm Plastic cold air intake system, a VMP Twin Jet 67mm throttle body with matching spacer, a 82mm supercharger pulley making 10psi of boost, a VMP Boost-a-Pump and Injector Dynamics ID1000 (96lb/hr) fuel injectors.

New High-flow Technology. The VMP GEN II-R supercharger features VMP's GEN II-R Supercharger Design that features a unique inlet and outlet for additional volume and better efficiency to deliver more power and increased fuel economy in a smaller package for uncompromising performance. This uses Eaton's all-new "2nd GEN R" Twin Vortices Series technology (TVS) positive displacement supercharger featuring twin four-lobe rotors that are twisted 160-degrees to greatly enhance thermal efficiency, enabling higher volume capacity, and higher operational speeds.

Required Upgrade. The installation of the included VMP Custom Tune will require the use of an SCT SF3/X3 or SF4/X4 Hand Held Tuner (not included). If you don't already own a SCT Tuner, you can easily purchase one using the option above.

Application. This VMP GEN II-R Stage 3 Supercharger Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2011-2014 GT Mustangs equipped with the 5.0L 4V Coyote engine. Fits both manual and automatic transmissions.

      Is E85 gas mandatory for this setup or am I fine with 93 Octane?

      • The VMP Stage 3 Gen II 2.3L TVS 785HP Supercharger can be used with 93 octane, but the kit does come with all of the required components, if you would like to use E85.

      What modifications do I have to do to my stock 2014 coyote engine to make sure the supercharger doesn't ruin my engine ?

      • The VMP Stage 3 Gen II 2.3L TVS 785HP Supercharger will work right right out of the box with out any additional modifications to the motor. There are a few components that would be beneficial to have and would improve the efficiency of the motor,and some of these components include, an air-oil separator, an upgraded cooling system (high-flow fan & radiator), a clutch and flywheel for the manual gear boxes, a high volume oil pump, and an oil cooler.

      How is it possible to get 785 HP on GT with stock internals? 785 HP on engine is about 690 on wheels I guess lot of other companies say that above 600 on wheels is not safe on 11-14GT

      • I have the the Stage 3 kit with a 79 mm pulley and I run E85. I also did the billet OIL Pump gears. Don't get caught up in HP numbers. Unless you are pounding on it all the time. I am quite happy with mine and with VMP service

      Can this be installed on a stock 2013 GT 5.0L V8 32V MPFI DOHC engine?

      The Coyote-Engine get since 2011 some modifications, das ist like stronger rods, pistons, bigger drills for oil- und cooling-system etc.. You think really I don't distroy my MY 2012 Coyote...? What is the real dyno HP of this charger ?? I have now FR 624HP (624 HP-SAE? ?) and it only brings 576 HP on engine (499 RW-HP).

      • The VMP Stage 3 GEN II-R 2.3L TVS 785HP Supercharger is designed to output 785hp at the flywheel. We have not experienced any failures caused by this supercharger.

          Good hp numbers

          I have the stage 3 gen 2 blower currently on an 85mm pulley. The car currently makes 643whp and 520wtq. On the 82mm pulley the car made 670whp and 545wtq. The exhaust is kooks 1 7/8 long tubes, 3" catless kooks x pipe and Roush axle back mufflers. Freeing up your exhaust really helps the supercharger breathe. The vmp throttle body sucked for me because the car kept stalling when in neutral. We put a ford racing 65mm twin jet throttle body on and it fixed all the issues I was having. Vmp makes a good blower but definitely get the car dyno tuned. I saw more gains and better driveability with a dyno tune

          Bought a 2011 stock 5.0 and ordered one of these being it was my first super charger I was not sure what to expect. After installing an insane amount of power has been added to the car I recommend this product to anyone who wants more then just the stock experience will give you.

          For all you mustang fans out there this is the supercharger you want. The power of this bad boy is unbelievably more than I expected. It is well worth the price. The instructions are blurry at times but overall not bad. I had some issues with parts not being in the box but vmp got them out super fast and without delay. Also I highly recommend you tell AM that you need the tune sheet to fill out because they assumed it was on the tuner and it actually wasn't. Again I got in touch with VMP with my order info after I submitted it and they did a same day turn around. And let me tell you this VMP really knows what they are doing with their tunes. The cars sound is way louder and I love it. And the wind is absolutely beautiful. If you want a car that looks stock for that low key supercharger this bad boy is it.
