      Description

It is a great way to significantly increase the power in your Mustang. Part of the performance considerations are your pulleys. Lightweight pulleys and wider belts give you less rotating mass and more traction to properly spin up that supercharger and get the performance you want and expect. The Vortech 8-Rib Non-Underdrive Pulley Package for your Ford Mustang gets you lighter pulleys and a thicker belt, all from the premier maker of top quality superchargers, so you know that you are buying quality.

      Precision Engineering. These pulleys are finely balanced and manufactured to spin true. A mis-balanced pulley or a mis-aligned pulley is unacceptable when dealing with the forces and strains put on your engine by a supercharger. The 8-rib belt is wider than the stock belt and provides more traction and grip so that there is no slippage when powering your accessories or the supercharger.

      Installation Notes. Pulleys on your vehicle are relatively simple to install. Caution should be taken not to force the pulleys onto any mountings and certainly not to hit them with a hammer. This would damage the balance of the pulley and cause it to throw a belt. While a relatively simple job to undertake, if you are not comfortable or familiar with the process, it is recommended that you take this kit to a professional to have it properly installed.
