That’s why Vortech manufactured the Mustang 35mm Cog Style Supercharger Drive Pulley with 8mm round tooths and a 28-tooth cog that provides an interlocking design with a cog toothed belt. As a result, cog toothed belts and pulleys allow your supercharger to operate faster at lower tension and without the risk of slippage that ordinary ribbed and smooth drive belts suffer from.

8MM Round Tooth. This pulley features an 8mm tooth pulley designed to improve the performance of the round tooth belt drive belt assembly.

Durable Design. This cogged tooth pulley provides greater traction and durability than ordinary drive belts and pulleys. A CNC machined surface and T6 6061 aluminum construction enables this pulley to handle high belt speeds without collapsing under pressure. Additionally, a hard-anodized surface provides great resistance against massive heat dissipation and chemical corrosion.
