They also offer some distinctive styling cues with their slotted, gleaming rotors.

Vented Cast Iron. Made in America, the StopTech Slotted Rotors are 1-piece fully vented rotors with curved, directional right-hand and left-hand vanes. The material used in their construction is cast iron, with an added dose of carbon to boost their tensile properties. The surface features exactly cut slots to refresh both the pads and the surface of the rotors. The components feature black e-coating on the hats, vents, and edges to forestall rust.

Advanced Design Provides Great Results. The StopTech Slotted Rotors are made for performance in every detail, including their material, whose high carbon content means it won’t fracture even under heavy use, such as in track action. The curved vanes in the vents create a miniature hurricane of air, pulling in at the central “eye” and blowing it out the edge openings. This cools the rotor so that temperatures stay below the threshold at which fade occurs, even if you brake strongly and often. The slots provide a double functionality. Interacting with the pads, they clean their surfaces and de-glaze them for intense grip and friction. On the rotor side, they siphon off dust and water for truly dependable braking power.

Attaches without Fuss. Installation of the StopTech Slotted Rotors is carried out in a bolt-on manner, and can be completed in 2 hours or less. No modifications are needed to attach these parts.

Two-Rotor Kit. The StopTech Slotted Rotors are a kit that is made up of (2) 12.99” slotted front rotors.

Not Warranted. The manufacturer of the StopTech Slotted Rotors does not cover them with a warranty. They are provided “with all faults” and “as is,” though in a new, high quality condition that will last for years in any case.

Application. These StopTech Mustang Rotors are specifically designed to fit the front of the 1994 to 2004 SVT Cobra, 2001 Bullitt and 2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustangs equipped with five (5) Lug rotors.
