Construction and Appearance. The kit includes a heavy duty pressure plate featuring an exclusive diaphragm design that is heat-treated for increased clamp load and reduced deflection. The organic friction disc uses premium materials with high copper content for superior heat transfer and a steel-backed lining for durability. The clutch assembly is computer balanced for smooth operation at high RPM, with a precision-stamped cover to ensure rigidity and consistent performance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not require drilling or modification to the existing flywheel. An alignment tool is included to facilitate accurate clutch disc positioning, ensuring a straightforward installation process.
