      Description

      Efficient PCV Oil Separation. The ADD W1 Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit V3 is designed to reduce oil blow-by and prevent carbon buildup in the intake system. Operating as a closed loop system inline with the factory PCV setup, this kit effectively separates oil particles before they re-enter the intake. It is an essential upgrade for maintaining long-term engine performance and efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. This catch can is constructed from lightweight 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance. The compact housing measures 4.30 inches high by 2.50 inches in diameter and features a black color insert ring for a clean, performance-inspired engine bay appearance. An easy-drain NPT plug simplifies maintenance, with an optional remote quick drain valve available for added convenience.

      Installation. Installation is easy thanks to the direct-fit design that includes a custom mounting bracket, fittings, factory quick-disconnect, and pre-cut high-performance vacuum hose. Drilling is not required, and the system installs directly inline with the factory PCV system.
