Advanced Fuel Pump Control. The Aeromotive BoostWorx Auto-On Triple Fuel Pump Control System is an integrated solution designed to enable stand-alone, OEM-style returnless fuel system operation with dual or triple pump setups. It precisely maintains fuel pressure referenced to manifold pressure, effectively replacing traditional mechanical regulators and ensuring consistent fuel delivery under all operating conditions.
Durable Construction And Design. Built with high-quality components, this controller features cross-linked polyethylene wiring and UL94 rated materials, enclosed in a compact housing measuring 4.5 by 3.5 by 2 inches. OEM Delphi/Aptiv connectors are used where appropriate for reliable electrical connections, ensuring long-lasting performance and seamless integration with factory systems.
Installation. Installation requires moderate technical skill but does not involve drilling. The system includes detailed wiring diagrams and a stand-alone MAP sensor, simplifying setup for dual or triple pump configurations.
Warranty. This product is backed by a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation likely required due to varying fuel system designs. Designed to be compatible with Aeromotive’s 340 LPH in-tank fuel pumps and returnless fuel system setups.
