Description
Advanced Fuel Control. The Aeromotive BoostWorx Fuel Module Control System is a standalone, OE-type returnless fuel system designed specifically for high-performance Ford Mustang GT500 applications. It maintains base fuel pressures between 42 and 60 psi and adjusts fuel pressure manifold-referenced by 1:1 up to 25 psi of boost, effectively replicating the function of traditional mechanical fuel pressure regulators with electronic precision.
Durable Construction. Encased in a compact housing measuring 4" x 2.1" x 1-5/8", this controller features UL94-rated internal components, cross-linked polyethylene wiring, and OEM-grade Delphi/Aptive connections to ensure reliable operation and durability. Included with the system is a billet aluminum MAP sensor bracket and a precise 3 bar pressure sensor for accurate manifold pressure measurement.
Installation. This system is designed for straightforward installation, typically requiring minimal modifications and no drilling. Proper manifold referencing and correct hose connection to the intake manifold are essential for optimal performance.
Warranty. Backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from authorized sources.
Application. Engineered specifically for 2007 to 2014 Mustang GT500 models requiring a manifold-referenced, returnless fuel control system. Manifold referencing is mandatory for proper operation.
