Description
Advanced Fuel Control. The Aeromotive PressureWorx Ally Controller for KPM1500 Fuel Pump Modules is engineered to seamlessly integrate with modern OEM or aftermarket ECM systems equipped with a Fuel System Control Module (FSCM). It modulates power to dual high-performance fuel pumps within a KPM1500 fuel pump module, enhancing efficiency, reducing electrical load, and maintaining optimal fuel pressure regulation critical for high-demand applications.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features a compact, robust controller rated for 60 amps continuous use, housed in a package measuring approximately 4" x 2.1" x 1-5/8". It utilizes OEM Delphi/Aptiv connectors, high-quality cross-linked polyethylene wiring for durability, and UL94 rated components to ensure reliable operation and compliance with industry safety standards.
Installation. Installation is designed to be straightforward with no need for drilling or additional complex modifications. It requires integrating the controller with the existing FSCM wiring and connecting battery and pump power supplies, making it accessible for professionals and experienced enthusiasts.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
Application. Fits universal applications with some adaptation required, specifically targeted for vehicles equipped with fuel system control modules compatible with Gen5 Camaro/SS/CTS-V type fuel pump modules.
