Description
Advanced Fuel Control. The Aeromotive PressureWorx Ally DualX Controller for OEM Fuel Pump Modules is designed to provide enhanced power management and control for multiple fuel pumps in a vehicle fuel system. It operates by piggybacking the primary OEM Fuel System Control Module or receiving pulse signals from an aftermarket ECM, allowing for efficient management of a secondary fuel pump. This ensures consistent fuel delivery under heavy load conditions and prevents failures or diagnostic trouble codes due to excessive power draw on the OEM controller.
Construction and Appearance. The controller is built within a compact enclosure sized 4 inches long by 2.1 inches wide and 1-5/8 inches high, featuring OEM-grade Delphi/Aptiv electrical connections, high-quality cross-linked polyethylene wiring, and UL94 rated components. The design includes integrated thermal and short circuit protection with automatic reset features to provide durability and reliable operation without risk of damage from overload conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, generally requiring no special tools or modifications such as drilling, as the controller integrates with existing fuel pump wiring. It connects to the FSCM fuel pump pulse wire using a single 20 gauge wire and battery and fuel module power circuits, making for a clean and efficient setup.
Warranty. This product is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
Application. Universal fitment requiring some adaptation depending on the existing fuel system setup and compatibility with OEM or aftermarket fuel control modules.
