Description
Quality Construction. The American Racing Headers 1-7/8-Inch Long Tube Headers; Catted; Direct Connection is the perfect upgrade for those looking to release some of the hidden power of their Mustang from the restrictive stock system. These headers are fully crafted from T304 stainless steel with 3/8-inch thick, laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal that lasts. Each header design has been rigorously tested in extreme conditions to ensure that it delivers in both off-road and competition racing applications as promised.
Increased Power. This kit comes with a Direct Connection System that includes headers, cats and connection pipes for an upgrade that allows you to keep your Corsa cat-back exhaust while adding this product. It works with all stock cat-back exhausts without any welding needed. Each primary tube is sized specifically for your vehicle’s individual engine output to generate the greatest horsepower with the least amount of compromise. This header system with Direct Connection provides up to an addition 30 RWHP to your Mustang. The efficient flowing merge collectors with scavenger spikes are further tuned to maximum torque in all uses. Apart from the power upgrades, this system will also take your car’s exhaust note up a couple notches.
Expert Installation. This product comes with the necessary hardware and parts you will need to experience a stress-free installation process. This system will require the use of a tuner to reprogram the vehicle's computer (ECU) for optimal operation. It is highly recommended that you have a licensed professional perform this install on your Mustang. The entire install is estimated to take around a day to finish.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. American Racing Headers provides its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that protects against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty is only in effect while the product is installed on the original vehicle for which it was purchased and installed.
