Description
Premium Differential Mount. The AMT Motorsport Double Barrel Differential Mount is engineered to improve the driveline stability of the Corvette C5. It is designed to minimize drivetrain movement during aggressive driving, such as cornering at high G loads or hard acceleration, enhancing vehicle control and performance. This mount replaces the factory rubber mounts which are optimized for street driving, providing a stiffer, more durable solution that balances NVH control with solid support.
Construction And Appearance. This product is crafted from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, precision machined using a 5 Axis CNC process for superior fitment and finish. Components feature sunk hex bolt designs for easy installation, with hardware treated in yellow chromate plating for corrosion resistance. The mount parts are anodized in red and black, providing both aesthetic appeal and protection against oxidation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, making this one of the easiest upgrades for a C5 Corvette with no drilling required. The design�s lightweight and compact form factor simplifies the mounting process compared to bulkier alternatives.
