Description
Advanced Nanofiber Filtration. The Nanofiber Air Filter; Dry delivers enhanced airflow and superior engine protection by using cutting-edge dry nanofiber technology. It efficiently captures dirt particles down to submicron levels while allowing unrestricted airflow for increased power and torque. Designed for easy drop-in installation without the need for tuning, this filter offers a practical upgrade to maintain engine performance and longevity.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed with proprietary dry nanofiber media developed after rigorous testing over two years in multiple laboratories, the filter offers exceptional filtration and airflow. The media is encased in urethane with an "ATTACK BLUE" stamp to distinguish it from previous oiled cotton variants. The design includes a low restrictive open mouth and a tapered back for smooth air transmission with minimal turbulence.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling or modifications; it uses the stock GM retainer unless the existing retainer is glued, in which case a separate retainer must be ordered. The filter simply drops in place, enabling quick and hassle-free replacement.
Application. This air filter fits the 06-13 Corvette C6, excluding the ZR1 model, which requires a specific retainer due to design differences.
