High-Performance Brake System. The Baer Extreme+ Front Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors; Black Calipers is designed to provide superior stopping power and enhanced durability for performance driving. It improves braking efficiency and control, making it essential for high-speed driving and track use.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features a monoblock caliper CNC machined from US sourced 2618 aluminum forging, known for its strength and lightweight properties. The calipers have a durable powder coated finish and use stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips. The 14-inch rotors are vented, slotted, drilled, and zinc plated, with billet aluminum hats.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for professionals and experienced enthusiasts, requiring no drilling as it fits with OE spindles and hubs. Verification with a fitment template is recommended due to variations in wheel compatibility.
Warranty. The brake kit includes a manufacturer�s warranty covering defects and performance.
Application. Specifically designed for 2005-13 Corvette C6 models with OE spindles and hubs. Note that it does not fit stock Corvette wheels but may fit factory Z06 wheels; wheel clearance should be verified with the provided template.
