Description
High-Performance Rear Braking System. The 14" Extreme+ Rear Brake Kit enhances braking power and control for precise stopping performance. It is designed to upgrade the rear brake setup, delivering superior heat dissipation and durability under demanding driving conditions, ideal for performance and enthusiast applications.
Construction and Appearance. The system features a 1-piece monoblock 6-piston 6S caliper CNC machined from US sourced 2618 aluminum forging, finished with a durable black powder coat. The vented, 2-piece rotor is slotted, drilled, and zinc plated with a billet aluminum hat for strength and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel pistons, abutments, and noise suppression clips add to longevity and quiet operation.
Installation. Installation requires compatibility with OE rear knuckles and hubs and is designed to fit most 18� or larger wheels. The process is moderately challenging and does not require additional drilling when used on specified applications.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005-2013 Chevy Corvette (C6) rear axle configurations using original equipment rear knuckles and hubs only.
