This kit is designed to replace the rear brakes, offering superior heat dissipation and improved durability. It is essential for enthusiasts seeking safety and performance beyond stock components.
Construction and Appearance. The calipers are CNC machined from US sourced 2618 aluminum forging, providing exceptional strength and lightweight durability. They feature stainless steel pistons and abutments for corrosion resistance, dual dust/weather and pressure seals, and come powder coated for a lasting finish. The rotors are 2-piece, zinc plated, slotted, and drilled for enhanced cooling and a billet aluminum hat adds rigidity.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, utilizing OE rear knuckles and hubs with no drilling required. This kit fits most 18-inch or larger wheels, but verification with a template is recommended due to wheel style differences.
Application. Designed specifically for the 05-13 Corvette C6 rear axle, this kit fits vehicles equipped with original equipment rear knuckles and hubs.
