Description
High-Performance Rear Brake Kit. The Baer Extreme+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 15-inch rotors and Grabber Blue Calipers delivers superior stopping power and enhanced durability for demanding driving conditions. This system is ideal for improving brake performance and safety on both competitive and street-driven Mustangs.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring 6S calipers CNC machined in Phoenix, AZ, from US-sourced 2618 aluminum forging, the kit includes corrosion-resistant stainless steel pistons and abutments. The calipers have a durable powder-coated finish that improves both longevity and aesthetics. The brake kit incorporates a 2-piece vented rotor with slotted, drilled, and zinc-plated surfaces, paired with a billet aluminum hat for effective heat dissipation and structural strength.
Installation. Installation uses original equipment rear knuckles and hubs without requiring modifications or drilling. The kit is designed to reuse OE brake hoses and park brake cables, simplifying the upgrade process for a seamless fit.
Warranty. This brake kit is supported by a manufacturer warranty, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2015-2023 Mustang GT, EcoBoost, and V6 models on the rear axle, this kit is not compatible with the GT350 model.
