Description
High Performance Brake System. The Baer Pro+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors; Fire Red Calipers is designed to significantly enhance rear braking performance. It offers superior stopping power for heavy-duty and spirited driving applications, making it ideal for upgrading OEM brake components on select Mustangs.
Construction and Appearance. The system features calipers CNC machined from US-sourced forged or billet aluminum, finished with a durable powder coat for corrosion resistance. The rotors are two-piece, vented, slotted, drilled, and zinc plated, equipped with billet aluminum hats and stainless-grade hardware to ensure long-lasting durability and a high-quality aesthetic.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills but does not require drilling or permanent modifications. The bolt-on design ensures a clean, direct fit to the OE Ford 8.8" solid rear axle configuration.
Application. This brake kit fits 1994-2004 Ford Mustang models equipped with the OE 8.8-inch solid axle and does not fit 1999-2004 Cobra models with an independent rear suspension setup.
