The Baer SS4 Rear 5-Lug Big Brake Kit with 12-Inch Rotors and Comp Yellow Calipers is designed to provide superior stopping power for enhanced vehicle safety and control. Ideal for spirited driving and track use, this kit upgrades the rear braking system to handle increased performance demands with excellent modulation and fade resistance.

      Construction and Appearance. This brake system features a floating 4-piston caliper crafted from US sourced forged or billet aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance. The rotor is a one-piece vented design with slots and drilled holes to aid in heat dissipation and enhance rotor life. Additional hardware includes hard anodized aluminum pistons, stainless steel abutments, and stainless braided brake hoses for improved durability and reliability.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill with no drilling necessary for the mounting hardware. The kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade for compatible vehicles equipped with the OE Ford 8.8 inch c-clip rear axle and 5 lug pattern.
