Description
High Performance Transmission. The B&M Full Race 4L60E Automatic Transmission is engineered for use with Chevrolet LS-based engines to deliver enhanced off-road power and reliability. Designed with a manual shift valve body, it offers precise control ideal for trail and competition applications. This transmission is built to handle up to 550 horsepower and 450 ft/lbs of torque, making it suitable for demanding environments.
Construction and Appearance. The transmission features a durable cast aluminum case with a deep, cast aluminum pan for improved heat dissipation and strength. Internally, it includes reinforced components such as a beast sunshell, reinforced input drum, billet Corvette 4th gear servo, and new high-performance friction plates with Koleen steel. The unit is finished in black for a professional appearance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and does not involve drilling or significant modification to the vehicle. The transmission is designed to replace stock 4L60E units in compatible vehicles seamlessly, ensuring straightforward integration.
