Built from robust 1¼-inch diameter, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing, these control arms incorporate TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters for superior strength and durability. They are finished with a durable red powdercoat that resists corrosion and maintains visual appeal. The provision of 95-durometer internally fluted, greasable polyurethane bushings paired with zinc-plated, heat-treated, self-lubricating chrome-moly Teflon-lined rod ends ensures both longevity and precise articulation under high load.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill but does not involve drilling or modifications to the vehicle chassis. The on-car adjustability allows for convenient alignment tweaks without removing the control arms, with an estimated install time of 1 to 2 hours.
