Description
Driveshaft Safety Protection. The BMR Front Driveshaft Safety Loop; Red is designed to protect the vehicle and driver by containing the driveshaft in case of failure, preventing it from damaging the floor or track surface. It is primarily used in drag racing applications to comply with NHRA safety regulations and provide peace of mind during high-performance runs.
Construction and Appearance. This safety loop is fabricated from 1/4-inch laser-cut CNC-formed plate steel for strength and reliability. It features a durable red powdercoat finish that provides long-lasting protection against corrosion while enhancing the appearance of the undercarriage.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design using existing factory transmission crossmember mounting points. No drilling or fabrication is required, and installation typically takes about one hour.
Application. Fits 2007-2014 Mustang Shelby GT500. Does not fit vehicles equipped with the JPC transmission crossmember.
