High Performance Turbo Protection. The T4 Ultra 47 Series Turbo Shield/Blanket is designed to reduce extreme underhood temperatures and protect painted or carbon fiber hoods from heat damage. By retaining exhaust heat within the turbo housing, it helps turbos spool faster, resulting in improved performance and quicker power delivery.

Constructed with a tri-layer design, the shield features an aluminum-impregnated glass fiber outer shell, a high-temperature insulating mat core, and a silica glass blend liner. It is double-stitched with heavy-duty capped anchor points, combining durability with a robust, attractive appearance.
_x000D__x000D_Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically does not require drilling. The kit includes stainless steel locking ties and fastening wire for secure fitting around the turbo.
