Hey, guys, Stephanie with americanmuscle.com here with the Cervini's C-Series Pedestal Wing with Fastback 2015 and newer Mustang. In this video, we're gonna be taking a closer look at this wing. So we'll talk about the materials and construction of the wing as well as what it's gonna take to get this installed. I'll get more into this later. But the install is easy if you've already got a wing on your car. But if you don't, you will have to do some drilling. Either way, I'm gonna call this a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter. The Cervini's C-Series wing offers a much different look than any of the other options that are currently out there right now. So if you're looking for a statement piece or something different than the typical spoiler, then this could be a good option for you. Most aftermarket options are spoilers, not wings. So this being a wing is already gonna separate it from the other options. If we start by looking at the construction of this wing, you're looking at a hand-laid fiberglass. Fiberglass is very lightweight and strong. So these are good qualities to have in a rear-wing as well. The wing is made to be functional, so it's gonna increase downforce when you're at higher speeds, which is never a bad thing. Now, I didn't necessarily get to test the effectiveness of this wing for myself, so I'll just leave it at that. Also, keep in mind that you should test-fit any exterior parts prior to any paint work too. As far as looks go, you can see that this has a bit of a dish look to it. And it's gonna extend the line of the deck lid upwards and out more. The look from the back will be different. Not sure if you guys can see it well from this angle, so I wanted to make sure that I showed you this. The view from the rear looks like this. You can see that you have four contact points along the trunk lid, and then the sides of the wing fold down over the wider rear fenders. So like I said, this is gonna give a much different look than that of a spoiler. So if you aren't into this, there are a handful of other options that you can check out. When it comes to fitment, this is gonna fit all 2015 and newer Fastback Mustangs, so the V6, the EcoBoost, and the GT or even the GT350 if you wanted it to. You're gonna get everything you need for the install, including some bolts, washers, and gaskets, and some double-sided tape. If you already have the small spoiler on your Fastback, you won't have to do any drilling. You'll have a full bolt-on install that can't get much easier. If you have the spoiler delete, on the other hand, you are looking at some drilling.Price, you can expect to pay just over $400 for this wing. But like I said, you have to keep in mind that this is unpainted, so you need to get a quote for paint work from your local body shop in order to put a full price tag on this. Spoilers do tend to cost a little bit less than wings do. So if this is out of your price range, you can always check out one of the spoilers instead. When it comes to the install, like I mentioned earlier, this isn't necessarily a hard one. But if you're looking at having to drill, it is gonna be a little bit tougher. You're still looking at a one out of three wrenches, especially if you don't have to drill holes, and an hour or two, tops, to get this fully installed. You can always have the body shop install this for you. But if you're looking at doing this yourself, an extra set of hands is a good idea if you have to do the drilling. If you have to drill just use the template and take your time. The wing does install with both hardware and 3M tape. So you're gonna want the paint as clean as possible. There's some alcohol prep pads to help clean and adhesion promoter to help create a good bond between 3M and the paint. That paired with the bolts and washers will keep this wing in place. Wrapping things up with the Cervini's C-Series Wing, you're looking at the only true wing, not a spoiler, that's currently available for the S550. Being a wing, it's gonna offer a different look than any spoiler can. It's made from lightweight and durable fiberglass, and it ships unpainted. As always, you guys can check it out more online right here at americanmuscle.com.
