The mild sound of the GT's factory exhaust is fine for the Sunday driver, but not for you the performance oriented gearhead. A CGS Axle-Back will give you the sound you want without any of the irritating interior drone, allowing you to hear your passengers when you're out cruising the boulevard or traveling at highway speeds.
More Horse Power. Not only will a CGS Motorsports Axle-Back improve the sound of your GT Mustang, but it will also improve its horse power as well. CGS designed their Axle-Back Exhaust System with a pair of high flow, chambered performance mufflers. These mufflers feature a very unique chambered design that was specifically developed to increase exhaust flow for an impressive boost in power.
High Quality Construction. CGS Motorsports Axle-Back Exhaust systems are manufactured right here in the USA with pride. The included performance mufflers are constructed from high quality, T304 stainless steel for long lasting corrosion resistance. The mufflers are then fully welded for strength, with no epoxy adhesives that can fail. This Axle-Back features two massive, 4.0" diameter, slant cut, 304 stainless steel tips for impressive muscle car styling.
50 State Street Legal. CGS Motorsports Performance Muffler Axle-Back Exhaust System is 50 state street legal and will not affect factory warranty or emissions standards. CGS Motorsports backs their exhaust systems with a Lifetime Warranty.
Cut & Weld Installation. Installation of this CGS Motorsports Axle-Back Exhaust System will require cutting and removing the factory muffler assemblies and welding the new muffler assemblies in place. AmericanMuscle highly recommends professional installation of this axle-back system.
