HIGH-PERFORMANCE VALVE TRAIN COMPONENT. The Comp Cams Hi-Tech Pushrods; 7.400-Inch Length; Set of 16 are engineered to provide critical support in the valve train by transmitting force from the lifter to the rocker arm. These pushrods are designed to withstand high RPM conditions and maintain durability under strenuous racing environments, ensuring precise valve operation and dependable engine performance.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Manufactured from .080" wall seamless chromemoly tubing, these pushrods feature a robust one-piece design that maximizes strength and durability. The ends are precision formed to add thickness and strength at critical tip areas, maintaining consistent wall thickness and concentricity throughout. Heat-treated for maximum strength, they are finished with a black-oxide coating, and the length and part number are laser etched on the outer diameter for easy identification.
INSTALLATION. These pushrods install easily within compatible valve trains without requiring drilling or additional machining, making them suitable for professional mechanics and experienced enthusiasts alike.
WARRANTY. A 12-month warranty covers any manufacturing defects, providing assurance of quality and reliability.
APPLICATION. Specifically designed for GM LS Gen III LS1, LS2, and LS6 engines with standard length pushrods commonly used in 1997 through 2004 Corvette C5 models.
