It protects sensitive components such as painted or carbon fiber hoods from heat damage while promoting faster turbo spool for improved engine performance and reduced turbo lag.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted with a titanium LR outer layer featuring a proprietary diagonal weave, this shield incorporates high-temperature rated silica insulation for excellent thermal protection. Its hi-tech custom carbon fiber look is complemented by double reinforced seams both inside and out, enhancing durability and longevity.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with riveted anchors ensuring secure placement. No drilling is typically required, making it suitable for both professional installers and experienced enthusiasts.
