Construction and Appearance. This shield features a durable Titanium LR outer layer woven in a proprietary diagonal pattern. It combines high-temperature rated silica insulation to provide a robust thermal barrier capable of handling temperatures up to 1800°F direct and 2500°F radiant heat. The shield presents a modern carbon fiber look with double reinforced seams and riveted anchors for strength.
Installation. Installing the shield is straightforward and typically requires no drilling, as it includes riveted anchors and fastening wire for secure attachment. It is designed for a custom fit, accommodating a variety of turbo sizes with minimal adaptation.
