High Performance Upgrade. Are you upgrading your New Edge Mustang to a supercharger, turbocharger or nitrous setup for big power gains? If so, don't forget about your fuel needs. The stock OEM fuel pump is fine for basic bolt-ons, but can come up short when it comes to high power applications. That is why DeatschWerks designed their In Tank Fuel Pump to deliver a generous 340 LPH (liters per hour) to support Mustangs making up to 500 or more horsepower.

E85 Compatible. E85 is a blend of gasoline and ethanol, in any ratio up to 85 percent ethanol. E85 is inexpensive and great for making more power, but the ethanol (alcohol) content can corrode or dry out the internal components of factory fuel pumps. It is specifically because of these reasons that DeatschWerks engineered their DW300m In-Tank Fuel Pump to be compatible with E85 fuels to avoid any potential issues.

Direct Drop In Replacement. DeatschWerks engineered their high flow Fuel Pump to be a direct drop in replacement for your Mustangs stock pump. Designed to replicate the size, geometry and electrical connectors of the original, this 340LPH Pump installs directly into the factory module with no wiring or cutting required.

Application. This DeatschWerks 340 lph In Tank Fuel Pump with Installation Kit is specifically designed for use on 1999-2004 V6, GT, Bullitt, Mach 1 and 1999-2001 SVT Cobra Mustangs. Does not fit 2003-2004 SVT Cobra models.

I purchased this pump but it did not come with any pigtail. The connector from my sending unit is different and will not work. Is there a pigtail I can purchase? Its for a 2000 MustangGT

Will this pump require a BAP?

So it says it is E85 compatible, what other modifications would I need to make on my car to run E85 i.e. what injectors would I need, and would I need a different fuel rail? I know it will need a tune as well

    LukeB

    • The DeatschWerks 340 lph In Tank Fuel Pump is compatible with E85. Required injector size, and any other components will depend on your other modifications, as well as the tune used. You will be unable to run E85 without a tune, as the stoichiometric point for the fuel will be different than regular gasoline. We recommend consulting with the tuner writing your tune to see what they need with their tune, and your modifications for an E85 setup.

      DeatschWerks Fuel Pump

I had this pump installed on my 03 GT to work with my vortech V2 supercharger. and goes perfect with 42lb injectors. The car makes 400 wheel horsepower and the pump still could handle more power if wanted. great product, highly recommend if you plan on supercharging you car.

      Works well

I bought this fuel pump to replace my defective oem pump. This was a nice upgrade to compliment my edelbrock fuel rails and 30lb injectors. I won't have to worry about going lean with my 90mm intake! Easy install, simple plug and play. Great price too.

      Works great so far

Mustang turned over but no fuel pressure. Installed the upgraded fuel pump and now she runs well again. I haven't added the turbo kit yet so cannot speak to the increased flow this pump is capable of. The item did come with a new filter for the fuel pump assembly but not a new filter for the fuel pump itself.
