Boasting unparalleled filtration, the superior carbon steel construction is enhanced with a rolled seam design, which transcends OEM requirements.

      Dust-blasting Cellulose Glass Media. Fuel filtration standards have been raised by this piece of engine-protecting equipment. The K&N Fuel Filter is kept clean with cellulose glass media, which allows for minimal restriction and the elimination of scale build-up. This practical material choice also prevents rust forming on the carbon steel housing.

      Warranty. Limited warranty coverage is available with the K&N Fuel Filter. All K&N automotive fuel filters are covered by warranty if they are found to have material and/or workmanship defects upon inspection. Coverage excludes misuse and poor installation.

      Application. Anyone with light to moderate mechanical skill can install the K&N Fuel Filter on any 1998-2004 Mustang model. You will need to remove the fuel pump fuse when the engine is turned off. Basic tools, such as a screwdriver, are necessary for installation.
