Description
High-Performance Cooling Solution. The DeWitts 2005-2013 Corvette Radiator Aluminum Direct-Fit is engineered to provide superior cooling efficiency under demanding driving conditions. Designed as a direct replacement for the stock radiator with an all-aluminum assembly, it helps maintain optimal engine temperatures during high-performance driving and track events.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted entirely from aluminum with press-formed end tanks fully welded to the core, this radiator eliminates plastic components and rubber gaskets, enhancing durability. The core is furnace brazed under controlled atmosphere conditions, and TIG welded end tanks provide structural integrity. A Black Ice two-part epoxy coating offers a semi-gloss black finish, combining a professional OE-like appearance with excellent corrosion resistance.
Installation. The Direct Fit® design ensures a straightforward installation process requiring no modifications to your Corvette’s existing cooling system. Factory hose connectors and mounting points align precisely with this radiator, making replacement simple and hassle-free without drilling or additional fabrication.
