Construction and Appearance. Made from durable aluminum, this intake manifold features a Black Plasma finish sealed with a clear powder coat for lasting protection and an attractive, easy-to-maintain surface.

Installation. Designed for moderate mechanical skill levels, this manifold installs without the need for special drilling. It includes a custom throttle and transmission bracket compatible with popular transmissions such as 700R-4, 200R-4, and Turbo 350. Proper sealing is essential; use RTV sealant on end seals and bolt threads extending into lifter valleys or coolant passages. Hardened washers are required on intake bolts to prevent galling and ensure durability.
