      Description

      High-Performance Exhaust System. The Valvetronic Maxflo Exhaust System is designed to enhance the acoustic and performance characteristics of the C8 ERay Corvette. It offers dual sound profiles with valve control, allowing drivers to switch between aggressive and quiet modes. This system improves exhaust flow to deliver noticeable power gains and a distinctive exotic mid-engine tone while retaining street-legal emissions compliance.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted with 3.0" 76mm T304L and 321 stainless steel tubing, the system is meticulously laser-scanned and CAD-designed for optimal flow. The handcrafted exhaust features CNC mandrel bends, incorporates flexible bellows, and includes heat shielding made from amorphous silica fiber wrapped with stainless steel. It is available with tip finishes in polished stainless steel, carbon fiber, satin black, or titanium, catering to both durability and aesthetic preferences.

      Installation. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process requiring no cutting or welding. The design ensures a plug-and-play fit compatible with original exhaust valve controls, making it accessible for DIY enthusiasts and professional installers alike.

      Warranty. The system is backed by a lifetime warranty, providing long-term assurance of quality and craftsmanship.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit all 2023 and newer Chevrolet Corvette C8 E-Ray models equipped with OEM valved exhaust systems. No modifications are necessary for compatibility with these vehicles.
