Description
Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Offset/Dual Out Oval Muffler; 3-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet is designed to enhance exhaust flow using patented Delta Flow technology. It improves scavenging for better engine performance while providing an aggressive exhaust tone suited for street and strip applications.
Construction and Appearance. This muffler is crafted from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel and features a fully MIG welded construction for long-lasting durability. It is finished with a high-temperature black paint to resist corrosion and maintain an attractive appearance under harsh conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit inlet and dual outlet connections allowing for clamp-on or weld-on fitting. Some adaptation may be required depending on the vehicle setup, but no specialized tools or drilling are typically necessary.
